Hi! I'm Coach Tara...
A Doctor of Pharmacy, nationally certified health coach, personal trainer, and diabetes educator with over 20 years in healthcare. After years of helping patients manage health challenges with medications, I’ve seen the transformative power of pairing medical guidance with lifestyle changes rooted in nature.
Through my nature-based lifestyle coaching, I help individuals improve health, reduce stress, and build sustainable habits using mindful eating, personalized fitness, and self-care—guided by the rhythms of nature. From sunrise beach walks to quiet moments under live oaks, Surf City and its surrounding coastal areas offer endless opportunities to reconnect with the natural world while working toward healthier weights, improved lab outcomes, and a better quality of life.
